NextTier Strategy Group provides digital credit education, consulting, and dispute support services. By purchasing our services, you agree to the billing and refund terms below.
Payments and Billing:
Clients are charged a one-time onboarding and setup fee plus a recurring monthly service fee. Monthly billing begins after enrollment and continues until the client cancels service.
All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all agreed fees.
Refund Policy:
Because we begin work immediately upon enrollment, onboarding and setup fees are non-refundable once services have started.
Monthly service fees are non-refundable for any billing period already charged. No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing cycle.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel at any time by submitting written notice to info@nexttier-group.com at least 3 business days before your next billing date.
Cancellation stops future billing only. It does not reverse prior charges.
Chargebacks:
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for services that have been started or delivered. If a billing concern exists, you agree to contact us first to resolve the matter.
