These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services provided by NextTier Strategy Group. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Services Provided:
NextTier Strategy Group provides credit education, credit file review, dispute preparation assistance, and financial profile improvement guidance. We do not guarantee specific credit score increases or approval results.
Client Responsibilities:
Clients must provide accurate and truthful information. Clients agree to respond to requests for documentation and verification when required. Failure to provide accurate information may delay or limit services.
No Legal or Financial Advice:
Our services are educational and administrative in nature. We do not provide legal advice, tax advice, or financial advisory services.
Payments and Billing:
A one-time onboarding fee and a recurring monthly service fee are charged for active clients. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing until you cancel service.
Refund Policy:
Onboarding and setup fees are non-refundable once work has started. Monthly service fees are non-refundable after billing for that month. Refunds are not provided for completed work.
Cancellation:
You may cancel service at any time by emailing support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments.
Results Disclaimer:
Credit results vary by individual. We do not promise deletions, score increases, or lender approvals.
Chargebacks and Disputes:
Clients agree to contact NextTier Strategy Group before filing a payment dispute or chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Limitation of Liability:
NextTier Strategy Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.
